My Brain Games 2024 challenge
I'm taking part in Encephalitis International's Brain Games challenge this September in memory of my granddad, Tony, who passed away in May after a long fight with encephalitis.
My challenge is to take on 30 days of activity by the end of the month and raise valuable awareness and funds for a charity that supports people across the world affected by this devastating brain condition.
